1. Agreement & Platform Services

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and R2C Marketing LLC (“Company”), which owns and operates the My Accident Advisor website and services. My Accident Advisor is strictly a technology services provider—it does not offer legal advice or representation.

By accepting this Agreement (e.g., clicking “Submit”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by its terms, including the arbitration and jury trial waiver clauses outlined below.

2. Attorney Advertising & No Legal Advice

Attorney Advertising: This site and its content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. My Accident Advisor is not a law firm, attorney referral service, or legal representative. Submission of your details does not establish an attorney–client relationship.

Each attorney is solely responsible for legal services and must enter into a signed agreement with you before representation begins. Paid placement of attorney listings does not imply endorsement or superior quality. R2C Marketing LLC does not recommend or endorse any specific attorney and is not responsible for their actions or omissions. No results are guaranteed as every case is unique.

3. Lead Generation Disclosure

The platform operates on a pay-per-lead model, where attorneys pay for qualified user contacts. Leads may be non-exclusive or exclusive, depending on the subscription agreement. Users may receive communications via phone, email, or text from participating attorneys. Messaging and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition for legal services.

4. TCPA Compliance & Consent Verification

By submitting information, you expressly consent to be contacted by My Accident Advisor and participating attorneys, which may involve automated calls, pre-recorded messages, or texts—even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase or legal services. You may opt out at any time.

The site uses TrustedForm and/or Jornaya LeadID to capture and document your consent, including date, time, IP address, and URL. This data may be shared with attorneys for compliance purposes.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

You agree to provide accurate information and restrict use of this site to its intended purpose. Do not misuse the site for unauthorized, harmful, or illegal purposes. The Company reserves the right to terminate access if these terms are violated.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree that any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, software—is the property of R2C Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2C Marketing LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any attorney’s services obtained via the platform. No outcome of any legal matter is guaranteed.

9. Privacy Policy

Any personal data collected by the site is handled under our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices regarding data collection, storage, and sharing with participating attorneys.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
